Shipping Destinations
We currently ship orders within Australia. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of the items. We offer the following shipping options:

• Express Shipping: 1-3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak periods.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Undeliverable Packages

Hydroware is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to assist in the process if needed.
